The DC350Nano is the most compact unit in GM’s series of label finishing machines. It is built on the same rock-solid die-cut platform as our largest DC350 unit, ensuring the same reliability and precision in a smaller footprint.
A solid 20 mm metal frame provides a vibration-free base for the four powerful servo motors that drive the web. The DC350Nano can be configured as an inline extension to a digital label press, allowing the web to continue directly from printing to converting, or it can operate as a standard offline finishing unit.
With semi-rotary die cutting, lamination, and a genuine pneumatic knife box with crush knives, the DC350Nano offers everything needed for efficient short-run label production. It can also be configured as a “Blanco” label die cutter for blank label production.
The DC350Nano includes all essential functions for label production, with lamination, die cutting, slitting, and rewinding as standard.
Optional modules include GM VPN Gateway, inline buffer module, Gap Master (Kocher+Beck), advanced stripping roller system, and an additional mark reader.
The DC350Nano delivers precise cutting with minimal waste thanks to fast and easy print-to-cut registration that requires no station movement or mechanical setup. An optional mark reader placed between the web guide and the die-cut station automatically determines the repeat, further reducing material waste. The machine offers excellent flexibility with adjustable repeat lengths from 2–22” and line speeds of up to 45 m/min in semi-rotary mode and 130 m/min in full-rotary mode.
Operation is simple with a large graphical touchscreen display that clearly shows the web path and machine functions in the operator’s local language. Servo-driven web tension control ensures accurate processing across a wide range of substrates, while the compact footprint of just 1.6 × 1.6 × 1.7 m allows the system to fit easily into most print shops.
For easy service and maintenance, the GM VPN Gateway provides secure remote access for diagnostics and support. Through the customer’s existing network infrastructure, it enables on-demand, real-time servicing of GM equipment.
Optional ergonomic rewinder – the rewinder is raised for easier access and improved operator comfort.
Large-size unwinder for longer runs – side-mounted unwinder allows larger rolls and extended production time.
Pizza turret – ideal for blank label production with quick changeovers and minimal downtime.

Inline or offline DC350Nano can be set-up as an inline extension to a digital label press, allowing the web to continue directly into the converter from the digital press or as a standard offline unit. |

A new customer, Nemprint A/S of Aarhus, Denmark, has acquired a DC350NANO, adding capacity in order to meet increasing customer demands.
"
US label manufacturer Rival Branding has invested in a GM DC330NANO converting unit as an all-in-one finishing solution for its Epson SurePress L-4533 digital inkjet label press. The new GM semi-rotary die-cutting converter has replaced a web-fed plotter die-cutter and significantly improved efficiency and quality.
