Designed for seamless roll transitions, our EasyTurret features an ultra-compact design and automated functionality. With a rewind capacity of up to 400mm, it ensures precise and efficient label rewinding while enhancing operator comfort.
A servo-driven tension system with automatic taper control delivers perfect rolls every time. The integrated smart label counting sensor—combined with a lay-on arm and rotating knife—enables automatic cuts between labels, reducing waste and increasing accuracy.
The turret is fully integrated into the main HMI, including a job database, for streamlined operation. With short distances from slitting to rewind, ergonomic roll handling, and programmable slow-down and stop functions, it’s built for both speed and simplicity.
