As you join us at our office in Birkerød, you will become an important member of our Aftersales and Support organization. You will work closely with customers around the world, supporting advanced roll-to-roll machinery and automation solutions used in the production of high-performance labels and functional materials.

Responsibilities / Tasks
 
This role encompasses a wide range of tasks related to service and spare parts order fulfilment. You will be directly involved in the entire process, from order receipt to invoicing and shipping, while also prepare quotes and manage follow-ups. Your day-to-day work will involve close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, sales offices, and carriers worldwide. Some of the tasks you will handle include:

  • Order fulfilment and shipping tasks (EU and overseas) 
  • Preparation of offers 
  • Follow up on quotes, orders, and shipments
  • Analysing, structuring and managing of data in ERP, Excel and other tools
  • Invoicing and processing of necessary documentation for our shipments 
  • Contact with our sales offices, customers, and carriers around the world
  • Updating data in the ERP system to ensure we work with current data 
  • Handling of customer concerns  


Your Profile / Qualifications

With strong interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented approach, you work independently while maintaining a clear overview of tasks. Your structured and detail-oriented way of working enables you to handle a busy workload efficiently and deliver timely results.  

Finally, we imagine that you have good language skills – so that you can communicate in English and Danish. You are a competent user of IT and software, including use of ERP systems (preferably IFS Commercial). You are an experienced user of MS Excel and other office applications. Experience with customer interaction, order management and shipping tasks is highly desirable.

Salary and Employment Terms
