Results of unique GM x Dreyer Kliché collaboration to be unveiled at Labelexpo 2025

03 September 2025
Pushing the boundaries of label finishing, GM will use Labelexpo Europe to present the results of a special project with leading manufacturer of hot foil stamping and embossing tools, Dreyer Kliché. The event will set the stage for an exclusive showcase of six cutting-edge wine and spirits labels, highlighting the transformative power of GM’s embellishment solutions.
Thrilled about the results of the collaboration, GM’s CEO Uffe Nielsen comments: “We’ve teamed up with our friends at Dreyer Kliché to show Labelexpo visitors the stunning effects that can be achieved using our innovative finishing equipment and their precision tooling. This really is label creation at its finest and we expect a lot of interest in this project.”
Dreyer Kliché is one of Europe’s leading die and tooling manufacturers. Founded in 1945, the Danish company is known for its innovative approach and exceptional quality products, supplied to many of the world’s most famous luxury brands. Its global expertise – until recently guided by Conni Dreyer – has been recognized with numerous international awards over the years. Most recently, in June, it won ‘Best of Show’ at the 2025 Foil & Specialty Effects Association (FSEA) Gold Leaf Awards in Chicago.
“We’re equally excited to present these fantastic designer labels which combine the strengths and innovation of both companies,” says new CEO Carsten Haerup Christensen, who took over the business in 2023. “We couldn’t pass up the opportunity to display the amazing luxury effects that we can create with our dies and GM’s hot stamping solutions – including our structured dies which add depth, light and movement to the design.”
The six designer labels will shine in a dedicated gallery area on GM’s stand (Hall 3, no. E67) throughout Labelexpo, 16–19 September, at the Fira Gran Via exhibition center in Barcelona. A networking event, held on Wednesday 17 September at 16:00, will offer the chance meet the people involved while enjoying a light refreshment.
Industry legend Conni Dreyer herself and new owner CEO Carsten Haerup Christensen, along with GM’s experts, will be ready to discuss opportunities for implementing these techniques.
Uffe Nielsen concludes: “Our close partnership with Conni Dreyer and her team goes back many years. Together, our leading finishing solutions for the self-adhesive label industry and their tooling expertise create a true sweet spot. I’m confident these exceptional labels will turn heads at Labelexpo. Join us to discover the untold secrets of pushing the boundaries in hot stamping with GM and Dreyer Kliché!”
