The Fan Folder is a compact machine designed for folding labels and tickets without sprocket holes, making operation more efficient and user-friendly than ever. Its folding register is electronically controlled and automatically adjusts using either a label gap or print mark sensor, depending on the paper feed. This eliminates the need for manual gear changes when switching sizes, streamlining setup and reducing downtime.
The machine features a programmable counter that automatically stops production once the desired number of folded stacks is reached. At that point, the operator simply removes the finished stack, raises the collection table, and starts the next run. The folding unit is equipped with extraction rollers, beaters, and brushes to ensure smooth and precise handling of materials.
Fold phase settings can be adjusted even during operation, allowing for fine-tuning without interrupting production. Additionally, the collection table lowers automatically throughout the process, maintaining consistent stack quality and minimizing the need for manual intervention.
